Do you find your mind restless when you try to sleep? Or perhaps you require some ambient noise during meditation, or you're dealing with a noisy neighbor. Settle your mind with precisely tuned sounds.

It is helpful to visualize the sounds in order to divert your attention.

When selecting a sound, you will notice two buttons beside the play button: Alarm and Timer.

Alarm: Use this feature to wake up to the currently selected sound at your desired time.
Timer: Set a specific duration for all sounds. If you intend to use Zen Song for sleep purposes, it is recommended to use the timer to prevent it from playing throughout the night.
